Its exterior has a stainless steel front with a painted top and sides, while the interior has a porcelain enamel finish. Cleaning is streamlined because of the coved interior corners that do not gather dirt and debris. The top, sides, bottom, and back are fully insulated to keep heat inside the cooking chamber. For durability and visibility, the 50/50 doors are constructed of stainless steel and have double-pane glass windows. All of the doors open independently of each other, preventing major heat loss.Equipped with lights, the Duke E102-E convection oven's interior is illuminated, so users can watch food as it cooks. Its dial thermostat monitors temperatures, which range from 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit for effective baking.
